Refund Policy
Introduction
Our Refund Policy abstracts the terms and conditions under which refunds will be equipped for Invest Swami services. By using Invest Swami services, you agree to comply with this policy.
Cancellation policy
Once a transaction is finalized, it cannot be reversed, as the asset management company will allocate units accordingly. In case you want to withdraw your funds, you will have to redeem the units from the Mutual Funds.
Refund policy
If a transaction fails or an investment is rejected despite a successful debit of funds, the refunded amount will be credited back to your registered bank account within 6 - 7 working days. It is important to note that the same bank account which was used for the respective transaction will be credited.
