Invest Swami is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. Our relationship is built on trust, and any personal information you share with us in the course of using this website or our services is handled with that in mind. This policy is effective from June 1, 2018 and may be updated from time to time by revising this page.

What we collect

Name, email address and contact details when you register an account or interact with our services; bank and KYC details required to onboard you as an investor; and, where you grant permission, camera or photo-gallery access for document verification during Video KYC, and location data to verify your identity.

How we use it

To give you access to the app's features, personalise your experience, communicate about your account or transactions, and complete document verification. We do not share your image data with third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide a service you requested.

Security

All communication with you, mutual fund companies and other service providers is encrypted to the highest standards, including 256-bit encryption. Passwords are one-way encrypted before storage. Your data is not shared with anyone unless you explicitly ask us to, to complete a transaction.

Your control over your data

You can update your account details, manage communication preferences, or request deletion of your account or personal information at any time through the app's settings page or by writing to us. If any information we hold is incorrect, write to swamichandresh@gmail.com and we will correct it promptly.

Our website may link to third-party sites. We do not monitor, endorse or verify their content and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We are also not responsible for hyperlinks set up from third-party sites to ours.

Disclosure required by law
