Invest Swami (proprietor Chandresh Mishra) distributes mutual fund schemes as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, ARN-130953. Nothing on this website or in the Invest Swami app is an offer, a guarantee of return, or fee-based investment advice.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that funds invested are from legitimate sources, that KYC information provided is accurate and current, and that you have read the scheme information document and key information memorandum before transacting.
Execution and errors
Transactions are subject to the cut-off times, minimums, and acceptance of the respective AMC and BSE StAR MF platform. Where an error is caused by us, we will restore your position; we are not liable for market movement between cut-offs, platform downtime, or bank failures.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, without prejudice to your right to escalate through AMFI or SEBI SCORES.
